I finally got to follow a pre-planned schedule! The list from my last update was exactlly what I wore.
Friday was interesting; Asuma and Serra picked me up (I was already dressed as Sakura) and we headed to the hotel. We got there around 2:00pm and checked in, then Asuma left cause he had to go to work.
We walked around for about an hour then went to opening ceremonies. Met another Sakura (first series) and got a picture with her. We went to Travis's Q & A panel at 7. Crimson finally made it in around 9, but since he wasn't pre-reged he had to wait till Saturday morning to get in. At 10 Serra and I went to Travis's uncensored panel which was hystarical but is not to be spoken of (even pictures and video was not allowed). Then Serra snapped some pictures of me and stayed awake till around 1am, Asuma making his return around midnight.
I woke up Ra aweful early on Saturday. 5:30am. I'd also pulled a muscle in my sleep around 3:30 which was still sore. So I decided to take a shower for two reason: Get some hot water on my leg to relax it and to wash my hair to fluff it back up (since it had been flattened from being under my wig on Friday). At 7, once everyone was up and modivated, we headed to breakfast. Then we relaxed in the room and finished waking up. Around 10 or 11 we were all geared up (Asuma as Inuyasha, Serra as Kaede, and myself as Kohaku, Crimson wore his Akatski cloak with his Negima plushies pinned to it) and we started wondering. We bumped into a Miroku and got a group shot with him (and it's the only picture of my Kohaku that I got). Then we found ~Noel-InuYasha but her back was bothering her so she couldn't wear her Sesshomaru cosplay so I didn't get the pictures I wanted. We missed out on getting Travis's autograph but we had fun chatting with the people in line around us. We took a break for dinner and so Serra could change for MSA v RR Dogdeball. Saddly our game was scheduled over the second half of the Cosplay Conest so we had to skip it. However cosplay ended about a half hour early then scheduled so Sarah got to join us. It also allowed Travis to come watch as well. Asuma and Crimson played, I watched this year. Skirts won, 2 to 1. It rocked. Called it a day around midnight.
Got up around 7:00 on Sunday, had breakfast then went back to the room and packed up and dressed (Asuma and Serra were Inuyasha and Kaede again, I was casual Kurama). Around about 10 we finally got back to the con and we wondered the Dealer's room and chatted with people we knew. There was a second signing so we went to that and got our stuff signed. We were to tired and Asuma and Serra had about an hour ride home after dropping me off so we said our goodbyes to the people we knew and could find and went home.
All in all, it totally rocked. Oh yeah, it was kind of dizzling out and just before getting me home we spotted a rainbow. I haven't seen one in a few years. It was an awesome way to end the weekend (cause as soon as I got all my stuff downstairs I went to sleep XD ).
I didn't get a lot of stuff since Geek.Kon was only about a month and Christmas is right around the corner but I got some Ramune and a Death Note wallscroll with Light on it. ^.^
Time for more sleep though. I'll get up some pics soon.

Well, Kurama's not going to be ready in time. I'm just to stiff to do any real work on it. So I'm changing my game plan to a casual Kurama on Sunday. Not exactly sure what that's going to look like just yet, I have to go through my closet first.
So here's the final final list of my cosplays:
Friday- Sakura Haruno (Naruto Shippuden)
Saturday- Kohaku (Inuyasha)
Sunday- Casual Kurama (YuYu Hakusho)

Well, it so happens, due to a small malfunction that I just don't have time to fix, that I won't be wearing my first series Sakura (that poor cosplay doesn't get to see the light of day enough). So instead I'll take my Shippuden Sakura for Friday. Still plugging away at Kurama in the hopes he'll be ready in time.

One week! I'm so not ready. XD Can't wait to go though.
I'm finally going to have a little more control on my schedule now so I should be able to rest up this weekend and finish my restoration of my Kurama costume this week. Then, probably Wednesday, I'm gonna make Puppy Chow for me and Serra (Asuma doesn't like Peanut Butter and Crimson is still a tenative attendent) to munch on while at Daisho. ^.^ Past that, no idea what we're doing.
At this point I'm thinking this: Friday- Sakura (first series, not Shippuden); Saturday- Kohaku; Sunday- Kurama [if finished].
Unless at some point before or at con I'm asked to do something different.
